Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience designing analytics solutions using Snowflake and dbt Cloud.
• Strong SQL skills and data modeling with ELT workflows.
• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and API integration.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and version control.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for analytics solutions.
• Design, build, and maintain data models, transformations, and pipelines using dbt Cloud and Snowflake.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries for performance and scalability.
• Implement ELT workflows leveraging version control (Git) and software development best practices.
• Participate in all phases of the Analytics Development Lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Create and maintain documentation for functional requirements and technical specifications.
• Perform unit testing, peer code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Support code promotion and environment synchronization activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate business logic into data models and reporting solutions.
• Develop custom Python scripts for data extraction and transformation from APIs, SFTP, and semi-structured sources.
