Job summary

Apexsync Technologies is seeking a Data Architect with deep Snowflake expertise to design scalable data warehouses for the Retail & Apparel industry. You will lead ELT/ETL pipelines, data modeling, and performance tuning while guiding BI and data engineering teams.

You will partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytics solutions, implement Snowflake security and governance, and drive cost optimization across cloud data platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Data Warehousing / BI / Data Architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake and cloud data platforms.
• Strong MicroStrategy experience, including schema, attributes, metrics, reports, dashboards, and administration.
• Expertise in SQL, dimensional data modeling, ETL/ELT, and data integration.
• Experience with Snowflake performance tuning and optimization.
• Strong understanding of Retail & Apparel industry data and business processes.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead scalable Snowflake data warehouse and cloud data architecture solutions.
• Develop and optimize data models, ELT/ETL pipelines, data integration, and performance tuning.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of MicroStrategy dashboards, reports, and analytics layers.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate retail requirements into analytics solutions.
• Provide architecture guidance, code/design reviews, and mentoring to data teams.
• Implement Snowflake security, governance, data quality, performance, and cost optimization.
