• Define and enforce data governance, security, and compliance standards within Snowflake environments, establishing architectural guidelines and review process.
• Integrate Snowflake with Python-based data engineering solutions to support advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Snowflake data models and solutions that drive strategic initiatives.
• Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging Snowflake features and related technologies to ensure the data architecture remains current and competitive.
• Mentor and guide data engineering teams in Snowflake best practices, fostering technical excellence and knowledge sharing across the organization.
