Snowflake Data Architect

Location: Peoria, IL

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year.
• At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology.
• At least 5 years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, and data engineering.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Snowflake, AWS, data modeling, and data engineering.
• Designing and implementing Snowflake data warehouses and data lakes.
• Expertise in Snowflake performance tuning, query optimization, and resource management.
• Proficiency in Snowflake security features (RBAC, masking policies, row-level security).
• Integration with external tools via Snowflake connectors and APIs.
• Strong understanding of AWS services (e.g., S3, Lambda, Glue, IAM, CloudWatch).
• Experience with SnapLogic, ACE, or similar integration platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data modeling techniques.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in cloud environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
