Vail Resorts is hiring for winter 2026/27 for roles including Snowcat Operators and other seasonal positions across ski resorts. Starting wage ranges from $20.00/hr to $23.00/hr, with full-time and part-time shifts, and must be 18+. Housing is not provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18

Responsibilities

• Safe operation of grooming equipment
• Prepare and groom ski area trails and surfaces
• Work collaboratively with others
• Minimize downtime through preventative maintenance, cleanliness, and upkeep of machines
• Other duties as assigned
