Vail Resorts in Pennsylvania is hiring for winter seasonal roles, including snowboard instructors. You’ll teach group and private lessons, ensure a safe, fun learning environment, and deliver outstanding guest service to guests of all ages.

Qualifications

• Must be able to comfortably snowboard on groomed blue terrain.
• Fluent English communication with guests of all ages.
• Prior guest service experience in a winter environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Teach group and private snowboarding lessons to guests.
• Deliver world-class guest service in a safe, fun environment.
• Support all ski school operations including lifts, lunch, and equipment fitting.
• Create a welcoming learning environment for guests of all ages.
• Provide feedback to help foster lifelong snowboarders.
• Perform other duties as assigned across departments.
