Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. is seeking Snowboard Instructors to join Giants Ridge Mountain Sports School for the 2026-2027 winter season. You will teach guests of all ages and abilities in a safe, fun learning environment and help build confidence on the slopes.

Responsibilities include delivering lessons, promoting proper technique, and collaborating with a supportive team. The role requires enthusiasm, reliability, and outdoor work in winter conditions at Giants Ridge in Biwabik, MN.

Qualifications

• Strong snowboarding ability and comfort teaching guests of all ages.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Able to work outdoors in winter conditions; weekend/holiday availability.
• PSIA/AASI certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Instruct guests in groups and private lessons.
• Maintain guest safety and teach proper technique.
• Assist guests with equipment and loading/unloading lifts.
• Support Mountain Sports School setup and takedown.

Instructors are part of a team dedicated to guest safety, fun and learning.
