BrightView Landscape LLC in Detroit is seeking a Snow Tech to perform all snow removal tasks. You will operate ATV plows, snow blowers, shovels and salt spreaders. Shifts are on‑call and range from 6 to 12 hours, often overnight during storms.

Applicants must be 18+, have dependable transportation, a smartphone, and the ability to pass training and a background check and to work in the USA. BrightView offers competitive hourly pay, paid time off, health coverage and a 401(k) plan for full‑time

THE PAY RANGE FOR THIS ROLE IS $20-$25 PER HOUR. YOUR PAY RATE WILL BE DETERMINED BASED ON PREVIOUS APPLICABLE WORK EXPERIENCE AND ANY CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES YOU HOLD.

Here’s what you’d do:

Snow Tech you will be responsible for performing all tasks related to snow removal. Shifts are on-call and range from 6 to 12 hours and are often overnight depending on the storm event. May require longer hours for larger storms. The season starts on the first snow fall.

You’d be responsible for:

• Responsible for performing all tasks related to snow removal, including operating ATV plows, snow blowers, snow shovels and e-pokes (salt spreaders).
• Work with Sidewalk-Crew Leaders as a team to efficiently and safely complete each assignment

You might be a good fit if you have:

• 18 years of age or older
• Work well under pressure while observing safety guidelines with minimal supervision
• Have a smart phone (to download and use our attendance tracker App)
• Have dependable transportation
• You must attend and pass training and a background check
• Able to lawfully work in the USA
