Job summary

DJ's Landscape Management is seeking on-call Snow Shovel Driver team members for winter work in Comstock Park, MI. Base pay is $24–$25 per hour with paid training, plus a referral incentive and flexible scheduling for a part-time seasonal position.

Responsibilities include driving the shovel crew in a box truck, on-site snow removal, safety training, and accurate time reporting. A valid driver's license is required, or willingness to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• No previous experience required.
• Must have access to reliable transportation to and from work.
• Valid chauffeur's license required or willing to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Drive the shovel crew in a box truck to and from job sites.
• Perform shovel crew responsibilities at job sites.
• Complete onboarding training, snow removal safety, and learning routes.
• Work safely to meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Submit hours, activities, and materials accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Responsible for driving the shovel crew in a box truck to and from job sites in addition to performing shovel crew responsibilities
• Complete training for onboarding, snow removal safety, and learning routes.
• Work safely to complete snow removal to customer specifications and quality standards
• Utilize effective communication for on-the-job issues that may arise
• Submit details of hours, activities, and materials in an accurate and timely manner
• Must be 18 or older

• Must have access to reliable transportation to and from work
• Valid chauffeur's license required (or must be willing to obtain one)
• Available for on-call work including nights, days, holiday, and weekend work as needed
