Mediate Management Company in Boston is seeking hardworking snow removal staff to shovel, salt, and remove snow to keep properties safe during winter storms.

You will operate snow blowers, maintain equipment, clock in/out via ADP, and work outdoors in cold conditions with required winter clothing.

Formación

• Must be able to perform heavy physical labor outdoors in cold, icy conditions.
• Must be able to respond and work reliably during winter events.
• Valid work authorization documentation is required.
• Reliable transportation to headquarters and a cell phone required.

Responsabilidades

• Shovel and remove snow using shovels and snow blowers.
• Spread salt and perform de-icing.
• Operate snow removal equipment safely.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and protect property/landscaping.
• Properly care for company-provided equipment, tools, and vehicles.
• Clock in/out using ADP.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid work authorization documentation is required.
• Must be able to repeatedly lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
• Must be available to respond within 6 hours of a snow event.
• Must be able to work prolonged hours outdoors in cold, icy, and snowy conditions.
• Must perform heavy physical labor, including walking, shoveling, bending, kneeling, and lifting.
• Reliable transportation to headquarters and a cell phone required.
• Must have a valid email address.
• Must be dependable, follow directions, and work effectively independently or as part of a crew.
• Proper winter clothing, including boots, gloves, and a hat, is required. Hours will vary
