Job summary

BrightView in Detroit, MI is seeking a Snow Tech to perform snow removal tasks, operating ATV plows, snow blowers, shovels, and salt spreaders. Shifts are on-call, 6 to 12 hours, often overnight during storms, with longer hours for larger events.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Work well under pressure while observing safety guidelines with minimal supervision.
• Have a smart phone (to download and use our attendance tracker App).
• Have dependable transportation.
• You must attend and pass training and a background check.
• Able to lawfully work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for performing all tasks related to snow removal, including operating ATV plows, snow blowers, snow shovels and e-pokes (salt spreaders).
• Work with Sidewalk-Crew Leaders as a team to efficiently and safely complete each assignment.
