Job summary

BrightView Landscapes Ltd. is seeking a Snow Tech to perform snow removal tasks and operate equipment on on-call shifts, often overnight, with longer hours during major storms. The season begins with the first snowfall and requires strict adherence to safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include operating plows, blowers, shovels, and salt spreaders, collaborating with sidewalk crews to complete tasks safely and efficiently, and complying with training and background-check requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in snow removal operations.
• Must attend and pass training and a background check.
• Smartphone required to use BrightView attendance tracker app.
• Must be able to work legally in the USA.
• Able to lift 50–60 pounds and perform physically demanding outdoor work.

Responsibilities

• Perform all snow removal tasks using ATV plows, snow blowers, shovels and salt spreaders.
• Coordinate with sidewalk crew leaders to complete assignments safely and efficiently.
