Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, a seasonal snow removal team, is hiring a Laborer to handle snow removal with heavy equipment. The role requires outdoor, physically demanding work and the ability to operate snowplow gear in varying weather. High school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license are required.

Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, completing job sheets, and adhering to safety policies. Flexible hours, weekends, and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive to multiple locations.
• Experience operating snowplow equipment preferred.
• Must be dependable and able to perform manual labor outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Remove snow with a snowplow and heavy equipment for extended periods.
• Be available during snow events and report to location or jobsite.
• Keep walkways and driveways clear, avoid blocking trees or hydrants.
• Complete a job sheet after each snow removal operation.
• Maintain safety and report issues per company policies.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
