Job summary

East Coast Facilities, Inc. is seeking Snow Removal Operators to support on-call snow events across multiple property types. This part‑time, seasonal role reports to the Production Manager and involves outdoor winter work, safety, and high attention to detail.

You will operate plow trucks and heavy equipment, spread deicers, load supplies, and perform basic maintenance while maintaining standards and protecting company assets in severe weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Three years of professional commercial snow removal experience.
• Reliable transportation to job sites or the designated branch location.
• Must pass a driver’s license screening and meet company driving standards if operating company vehicles.
• Ability to work safely in environments with active vehicle traffic.
• Willingness to work overtime or extended shifts when required by Operations Management.
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions, including freezing temperatures, high winds, and snow accumulation.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs and perform continuous physical movements (bending, stooping, twisting).
• Must have excellent vision; corrective lenses allowed if they enable optimal vision.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside company equipment, on job sites, and within branch facilities.
