Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Experience operating front loaders or snow removal equipment.
• Ability to work in extreme winter conditions on mountain roads.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loaders and snowcats safely with proper driving habits.
• Clear all parking lots of snow for guests and staff.
• Regularly inspect loaders and ensure proper operation.
• Maintain situational awareness on highways and in parking areas.
• Use SNOWsat to check equipment in and out.
• Report mechanical issues to Vehicle Maintenance via SNOWsat.
• Maintain fluids, tires, lights, signals, and safety equipment.
• Shovel areas as needed for safety.
