Job summary

BrightView Landscapes Ltd. is seeking a Plow/Salt Truck Driver to join our Louisville team as a full-time Crew Member Driver. You’ll safely perform snow removal and ice management, using plows and heavy equipment, with a commitment to quality service.

The role requires a CDL A/B, the ability to pass a DOT physical, and at least 1 year of snowplow experience. Night, weekend, and holiday work may be needed.

Qualifications

• CDL A/B license required and able to pass a DOT physical.
• Minimum 1 year snowplow experience in a professional setting.
• Ability to operate snow removal equipment and various vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare trucks for the day: load equipment, secure gear, use PPE.
• Perform snow removal and ice management on properties.
• Maintain and wash equipment and trucks.
• Be available nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
