Job summary

The Carabetta Companies is seeking reliable, hardworking Snowplow Operators for the winter season in Connecticut. You will operate snowplows and removal equipment to keep residential properties accessible, salt and sand areas as needed, and report equipment issues.

This is seasonal work with flexible hours and outdoor outdoor duties, including nights and weekends. Ideal candidates have prior snow removal experience, hold a valid driver’s license, and can work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Previous snowplowing or snow removal experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Experience operating a pickup truck with a plow or other snow removal equipment.
• Ability to work flexible hours during snow events, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to work outdoors in cold weather and safely perform snow removal tasks.
• Dependable transportation to assigned properties.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.

The Carabetta Companies is looking for reliable, hardworking, and experienced Snowplow Operators to join our team for the upcoming winter season. Snowplow Operators will help keep our residential communities, parking lots, and properties safe and accessible during snow and ice events.
