Qualifications

• Previous snow plow truck operating experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a plow truck safely in winter conditions.
• Valid driver's license with clean record required.
• Reliable and punctual; able to work during snow events.
• Able to follow instructions and work independently.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to client service.
• Physically able to shovel and work outdoors in cold weather.
• Good communication with supervisors and team.
• Familiarity with Lakes Region NH roadways is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate plow trucks safely to clear snow from driveways, parking areas, and walkways.
• Apply salt, sand, and de-icing materials using spreaders.
• Complete tasks efficiently and on schedule along assigned routes.
• Communicate route conditions and issues to supervisors.
• Perform manual shoveling on residential properties when needed.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with clients.
• Complete daily vehicle logs and checklists.
• Report equipment malfunctions and perform basic maintenance.
