Job summary

Hanagan Landscaping is seeking Snow Plow Drivers and Equipment Operators to join a team that keeps Philadelphia, Montgomery, and Bucks counties safe during winter weather. You will operate snow plow trucks and light heavy equipment, perform inspections, follow routes, and work nights or weekends during snow events.

Weekly pay and a supportive team help you stay close to home while making a real difference in the community.

Qualifications

• Experience operating snowplow trucks or similar heavy equipment is preferred.
• 1 to 2 years experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in challenging winter weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed during snow events.

Responsibilities

• Operate snow plow trucks, skid steers, wheel loaders, or sidewalk tractors to clear snow and ice from client properties.
• Apply salt and brine using specialized equipment to ensure safe surfaces.
• Work collaboratively with a team to restore order and safety after snowstorms.
• Perform pre- and post-operation inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Follow assigned routes and complete work efficiently and safely.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding site conditions and progress.
