Qualifications

• Ability to work well as part of a coordinated snow response team.

• Available for on-call work during snow and ice events, including overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• You must be comfortable working long shifts during major weather events.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loaders, skid steers, and backhoes to remove snow from commercial lots and roads.
• Load snow into dump trucks for transport and disposal.
• Apply salt, sand, or other de-icing materials as directed.
• Conduct pre- and post-operation inspections.
• Maintain clean and organized equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Log hours, materials used, and site completion status.
• Follow route plans and timing with dispatchers.
• Adhere to Beary Landscaping safety procedures and client standards.
