ND Landscape Services is expanding our snow operations team and is looking for experienced Snow & Ice Subcontractors and Equipment Owners to help service our commercial properties throughout the North Shore of Massachusetts.

We are seeking subcontractors with pickup trucks equipped with plows, skid steers, loaders, snow pushers and other snow removal equipment, plus shoveling crews and experienced operators.

Formación

• Snow removal experience on commercial properties.
• Reliable, well-maintained equipment and valid driver's license.
• Availability throughout snow and ice events.
• Appropriate insurance coverage for independent subcontractors.

Responsabilidades

• Service multiple properties across the North Shore of MA.
• Operate snow removal equipment and coordinate shoveling crews.
• Respond to snowfall events with insured equipment and qualified personnel.

We are looking for subcontractors with:

• Loaders

We have opportunities available across multiple properties and service areas within our existing book of business.

Compensation is competitive and based on equipment type, operator experience, insurance coverage, and the structure of the working arrangement.

We are interested in both:

Established subcontractors/business ownerswho carry their own required commercial insurance and provide equipment and operators.

Individual equipment owners/operators who may be interested in working directly with ND Landscape under an hourly employment arrangement while providing qualified equipment for snow operations.

Requirements may include:

• Snow removal experience

• Reliable, well-maintained equipment

• Valid driver's license

• Availability throughout snow and ice events

• Appropriate insurance coverage for independent subcontractors

ND Landscape manages a large portfolio of snow and ice accounts throughout the North Shore and is looking to build long-term relationships with dependable snow professionals.
