Job summary

Turfscape, Inc. seeks a Snow Removal Operator to operate snow removal and de-icing equipment and to keep driveways, parking lots, and walkways clear during winter weather events.

You will monitor weather, apply materials according to conditions, and maintain assigned equipment under the supervision of an Operations Manager. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work outdoors in cold conditions.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Previous snow removal equipment operation preferred but training provided.
• Licensing/Certification: Valid state driver’s license required for plow or salt truck positions.

Responsibilities

• Operate snow removal equipment (plow trucks, skid steers, front-end loaders) safely and efficiently.
• Operate de-icing equipment to apply salt, sand, brine, or other de-icing materials.
• Inspect and maintain equipment; report issues to management promptly.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used where applicable.
• Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times.
