Job summary

Vail Resorts in Bartlett, NH is hiring Snowcat Operator for the 2026/2027 winter season. You will groom trails, operate grooming equipment, and ensure safe, pristine ski surfaces while collaborating with a team of professionals.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, experience with heavy machinery, and strong English communication. Starting wage ranges from $20.00 to $23.00 per hour, with housing available and full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no restrictions.
• Experience working with and operating heavy machinery.
• Ability to sit for extended periods; climb in and out of the machine safely.

As a Snowcat Operator, you will groom and prepare the snow surface for the skiing guest. The expected pay range is$20.0/hr - $23.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
