Job summary

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Active CA medical license.
• Board certified or eligible in internal medicine, family medicine, geriatrics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical care to patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities and assisted living settings.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and manage patient care plans.
• Ensure that all patient care responsibilities, documentation, and clinical duties are completed in a timely and professional manner.
