Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. You will evaluate patients in a SNF setting and implement individualized care plans based on comprehensive assessments and evaluations.

You will administer standardized speech and language assessments, conduct swallowing evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor patient progress in collaboration with families and the treatment team.

Qualifications

• Experienced in providing patient care in SNF settings.
• Ability to administer standardized speech/language assessments.
• Experience in swallowing evaluations and developing treatment plans.
• Ability to monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients following an individualized plan of care after evaluation.
• Provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting.
