Relient Health is actively seeking an experienced Therapy Coordinator for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Myrtle Point, OR. This full-time, direct-hire leadership role guides the rehab team to deliver exceptional patient care.

The ideal candidate is a licensed PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP with 1+ year of supervisory experience and strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. You will oversee PT, OT, and SLP services, manage scheduling and documentation, ensure regulatory

Qualifications

• Active OR eligible therapy license in OR (PT/OT/SLP).
• 1+ year of management or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Strong communication, organization and problem‑solving skills.
• Medicare documentation, compliance and billing familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership to the rehab department and therapy staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, documentation, and productivity goals.
• Support, mentor, and evaluate team members to maximize performance.
