M&H Med Housecalls is seeking a Skilled Nursing Facility Physician for Cape Coral and Ft Myers. The position is a 1099 contract with options for full-time or part-time engagement to support SNF post-acute care needs.

Applicants must hold an Active Florida Medical License and exhibit a compassionate bedside manner. The role includes supervision potential as Medical Director, tail malpractice coverage, and credentialing fee reimbursement in a well-established physician group.
