Job summary

A Skilled Nursing Facility physician position is available in Cape Coral, Florida. This role targets Internal Medicine, Family Practice, or Geriatric Medicine specialists who are board eligible or certified and hold an active Florida medical license.

The role is weekend-focused with potential for one weekday, 1099 arrangements 1–3 days per week, and a manageable patient census. Expect day coverage from 8 AM to 6 PM and opportunities for growth into a Medical Director role.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Medical License required in good standing.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Practice, or Geriatric Medicine.
• Personable, compassionate, and strong bedside manner required.

Responsibilities

• Part time: 1099, 1–3 days a week; weekends with possible 1 weekday.
• Average daily census 22–25 patients.
• Visit 1–2 buildings per day.
• Day call coverage 8 AM–6 PM.
