Responsibilities

• Perform admissions, history and physicals, and post-hospital assessments.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Order, review, and interpret labs and diagnostics.
• Prescribe and manage medications within legal scope.
• Complete charts within 24 hours and ensure EMR documentation.
• Coordinate care with nursing, rehab, pharmacy, and families.
• Participate in on-call coverage and facility quality initiatives.
