Job summary

Skilled Wound Care is seeking a Market Closer to drive the SNF and long-term care market expansion. You will enter untapped territories, identify high-potential SNF partners, and close contracts, serving as the face of our physician-led wound care model.

Your mission is to establish the market, sign contracts, and ensure operational viability while traveling 4–5 days per week to build new markets and relationships with C-Suite and administrators.

Qualifications

• 2–10 years of sales experience with documented history of closing contracts in long-term care or wound care.
• Deep understanding of SNFs, their pain points and decision-making hierarchies.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and build a business case for services.

Responsibilities

• Drive full sales cycle from cold outreach to contract execution in SNF and long-term care sectors.
• Map territories, identify high-potential regions and prioritize targets.
• Demonstrate ROI of our wound care model to C-suite and administrators.
• Build trust with SNF owners and regional directors.
• Coordinate with physicians for seamless transition from contract to active service.
• Meet and exceed closing quotas to drive rapid territory growth.
