Job summary
Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) licensed or in the immediate process of obtaining licensure in the state of OH to work in the SNF/LTC setting. This is a contract position with a days schedule.
Minimum requirements include 1 year of recent PT experience in SNF/LTC and a current Ohio PT license. Centra offers mileage reimbursement, weekly pay, 401(k) matching, licensure reimbursement, CEU opportunities and housing accommodations if applicable.
