Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) licensed in NJ or in the immediate process to obtain licensure, for a SNF/LTC setting. This is a contract position with a 5x8 days schedule at several facilities across New Jersey.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of PTA SNF/LTC experience and hold an active PTA license in the state. The role emphasizes accountability and alignment with Centra's mission to deliver unparalleled service to care
