Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) licensed or in the process of obtaining IL licensure to work in SNF / LTC settings. This is a contract position with a 5x8 days schedule, and the role carries responsibility for aligning with the organization’s vision, values, mission and critical goals.

Minimum requirements include 1 year of SNF / LTC OT experience and a current IL OT license or active licensure in progress.
