Job summary

Sweetwater Care in Colorado is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant to support patient rehabilitation in a busy facility. Under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist, you will document treatments, assist in therapy sessions, and contribute to care planning and progress notes.

You will participate in Patient Care and Rehabilitation Conferences, train staff, and help maintain the treatment area.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT assistant required.
• Open to therapists at all experience levels.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients as directed by the Occupational Therapist and adhere to facility documentation guidelines.
