Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• At least 2+ years’ experience in retail leadership as an Assistant Manager or Department a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong drive to achieve results.
• Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift.

Responsibilities

• Manage store’s staff and operations in absence of Store Manager.
• Ensure store meets Company standards for cleanliness.
• Assist in directing and maintaining merchandise presentation.
• Demonstrate leadership in driving sales and profitability.
• Train associates in all appropriate register functions.
