SNIPES, a leading sneaker and streetwear retailer, seeks a Stock Personnel to maintain a well-organized stock room, ensure inventory accuracy, provide efficient customer service, and uphold safety standards. The role supports store operations and brand standards across a dynamic youth culture environment.

Eligibility includes being at least 16, able to stand long hours, and capable of lifting 15–30 pounds. Weekend shifts and holidays required; enthusiasm for the brand is valued.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the store's achievements.
• Demonstrate professionalism with coworkers and customers.
• Meet company standards for appearance, performance, product knowledge and store operations.
• Follow management instructions within a specified timeline.
• Communicate stock status and any damages weekly to Store/Assistant or Stock Manager.
• Follow store operating procedures and policies.
• Keep shelves and stockroom well-stocked, organized, tagged and signed.
• Maintain merchandise standards around the stockroom.
• Ensure hangers are organized and placed in correct boxes.
• Condense styles and keep fixtures in one place.
• Maintain awareness of stock levels and merchandise throughout the store.
