Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking a skilled SnapLogic Platform Admin for an onsite role in Coppell, TX. The contract opportunity is 06+ months with potential for long-term engagement.

Pay ranges from $65 to $70 per hour, aligned with market rates for cloud platform administration and security governance. The candidate will oversee platform administration, user management, incident response, deployment, and performance tuning across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.

Responsibilities

• Platform Administration across Development, QA, UAT and Production.
• Configure and manage Cloud Plex and Ground Plex environments.
• Manage Org settings, project spaces, shared folders, accounts, and environment configurations.
• Perform platform upgrades, patch deployments, and quarterly releases.
• Create and manage users, groups, roles, and access permissions.
• Implement RBAC, SSO, MFA, and API authentication policies.
• Monitor Snaplex health, pipeline executions, and task schedules.
• Investigate and resolve platform incidents, connectivity issues, and pipeline failures.
• Support 24x7 production operations and on-call activities.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and preventive maintenance.
• Deploy and migrate pipelines across environments.
• Coordinate change management and release activities.
• Develop deployment schedules and maintain release documentation.
• Validate platform readiness before production implementation.
• Monitor CPU, memory, disk utilization, and pipeline performance.
• Analyze bottlenecks and optimize Snap Logic pipelines and tasks.
• Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and high availability.
• Establish naming standards, operational procedures, and platform best practices.
• Maintain knowledge repositories, SOPs, and architecture documentation.
• Support audits and compliance reviews.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, infrastructure teams, and vendors.
• Coordinate with Snap Logic support for product issues and enhancements.
• Provide technical guidance and operational support to project teams.
