Job summary

Mondelēz International in West Chester, OH is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support unloading, picking, counting, and loading tasks in a fast-paced facility. You will ensure inventory accuracy, safety checks, and proper handling of shipments.

Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus, with a Monday–Friday schedule and 7:00 AM start times. The role offers hourly compensation, healthcare, retirement benefits, and PTO under the local labor agreement.

Qualifications

Capable of repetitive tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment with SAP EWM.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs./25 kg and perform physical duties.
Forklifts and/or pallet jacks experience preferred.
Possess or obtain licenses to operate equipment.

Responsibilities

Participate in warehouse activities: unloading, stock counting, order processing, and maintaining organization.
Ensure safety by following procedures and performing equipment safety checks.
Assemble and load products on delivery trucks promptly.
Perform order picking, palletizing, and loading/unloading deliveries.
Maintain accurate inventory and report defective items.
Inspect all incoming deliveries following company policy.
Adhere to safety and quality checks to protect staff and products.
