Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer in the Seattle area. You will manage in-store execution, stock shelves, build relationships with store personnel, and place orders via iPad to maintain on-shelf availability.

You’ll implement promotions and communicate store insights to drive visibility and sales. This role requires physical capability, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility to work weekends and early shifts, with opportunities for career growth

Qualifications

• Retail or grocery experience preferred.
• Ability to drive to multiple store locations.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs; occasional 50 lbs.
• Weekend and early start schedule required.
• Excellent communication with store teams.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering great service.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel.
• Order product via iPad to keep in-stock shelves and displays.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant with physical job demands.
