Job summary

Mondelez International in Lenexa, KS is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring our iconic brands to life in local stores. You’ll stock shelves, set up displays, place orders via iPad, and capture display photos using Salesforce while building strong relationships with store teams.

Must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and live within 25–35 miles of Lenexa. Schedule includes four weekdays and one weekend day, starting early, with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Live within 25-35 miles of Lenexa, KS.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelez in-store with professionalism and be the face of the brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DMI; capture display photos.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution.
• Order products via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM-negotiated plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant; perform physical tasks like lifting and moving products.
