Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment.
• Limited cash handling, coffee shop, and some food production experience.
• Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
• Ability to write routine correspondence and speak effectively to public and staff.
• Ability to interact well with customers and employees and resolve conflicts diplomatically.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service of food and beverage to guests in non-gaming areas.
• Handle cash according to policies and procedures.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and information security guidelines.
• Maintain professional conduct and attendance as per policies.
• Participate in required training programs within nine months.
