Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Snack Shop Captain in Missouri to oversee the daily operations of the snack shop, coffee shop or deli, ensuring appearance, customer experience, and leadership across the team.

You will manage compliance with standards, safety and sanitation, and guide staff to deliver high-quality food and beverage service while upholding company policies.

Strong communication, team leadership, and hands-on supervision are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of restaurant management experience; experience in serving and managing beer, wine and liquor.
• Customer Service Experience Preferred
• Team Building/Collaboration

Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws and ordinances.
• Demonstrates knowledge of the entire food and beverage menu and its preparation.

• Completes all relevant SOPs (compliance and procedural items).
• Completes all relevant Systems in Place.
• Exercises good judgement and makes appropriate decisions
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: 6 months of restaurant management experience; experience in serving and managing beer, wine and liquor
