Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a casino food and beverage associate in Buffalo, NY. You will operate multiple food and beverage outlets during shifts, deliver prompt, friendly service, and handle cash per policies.

You may assist in alcohol service, operate equipment, and perform light prep while following safety, sanitation, and information-security guidelines. The role requires excellent communication, the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced casino, and adherence to attendance and policy

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Limited cash handling, limited coffee shop, and some degree of food production experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to write routine correspondence and speak effectively to the public, employees, and customers.
• Ability to interact effectively with customers and employees.
• Ability to resolve problems/conflicts diplomatically and tactfully.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and move through all areas of the casino.
• Must be able to lift at least twenty (20) pounds.
• Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced casino environment.
• Must be able to work in an environment where smoking is permitted.
• Must complete all required SGC Training programs within nine (9) months from commencement of employment.
