Job summary

HARRISONBURG ROCKINGHAM CSB is seeking an Adult Outpatient Clinician I (Licensed Eligible) or II (Licensed) to provide individual and group counseling for adults with mental health and substance use disorders, prioritizing Service Members, Veterans and Families (SMVF). This role emphasizes evidence-based treatment and client confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in human services or related field.
• License eligibility in Virginia (LPC-R or LCSW-Supervisee).
• Experience with mental health and/or substance use settings is preferred.
• Ability to work with SMVF populations and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provides treatment planning, direct counseling, and group therapy.
• Carries a priority caseload focused on SMVF clients.
• Maintains documentation and case recordings in an EHR.
• Ensures compliance with policies, ethics, licensure, and HIPAA.
• Participates in coordination meetings and supports staff development.
