Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead complex investigations involving yield excursions, product deviations, and quality issues, driving root cause identification and sustainable corrective actions.
• Define product quality and reliability monitoring strategies and use data-driven insights to improve performance.
• Direct advanced failure analysis and silicon debugging by integrating design, test, process, manufacturing, reliability, and product data.
• Assess risks and recommend actions for deviations, qualifications, manufacturing changes, and customer returns.
• Develop and lead qualification strategies for new products, technology nodes, and process changes.
• Identify emerging quality risks and influence product, process, and technology improvements across functions; mentor engineers and lead multi-functional initiatives.
