Job summary

Quintech Electronics and Communications, Inc. is seeking an SMT Inspector to verify quality and accuracy of SMT PCB assemblies. This full-time, in-person role operates on a 5/8 schedule (7:00AM-3:30PM) at our Indiana, PA headquarters.

Responsibilities include line support, visual and AOI inspection, and hand soldering repairs as needed. Candidates should have experience with electronics components and a detail-oriented mindset to ensure high-quality manufacturing output.

Qualifications

• Experience with electronic components in an electronic manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail is required.
• Be results oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.
• Hand soldering experience a plus or requirement.

Responsibilities

• Inspect boards post reflow visually and with AOI machine.
• Assist in running the SMT line.
• Hand soldering repair when required.
• Maintain clean work environment.
