Qualifikationen

• BS in Manufacturing Engineering Technology or Industrial Engineering Technology with at least 2 years of experience.
• Lean Manufacturing training completed or pursued.
• Six Sigma certification optional.
• Knowledge of SMT manufacturing processes and SPC concepts.
• Strong communication and supervisory abilities.

Aufgaben

• Uses Lean Manufacturing principles on the production floor.
• Supports NPI and legacy process development for prototypes and production builds.
• Creates and controls manufacturing instructions; implements engineering changes on the floor.
• Uses MS Access, Excel, Word, Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Performs DFM and DFA evaluations on new products.
• Maintains SOPs and scheduled maintenance for machines and equipment.
• Identifies and implements cost-saving, efficiency-improving changes.
