Job summary

SynQor, Inc. is seeking an experienced SMT Machine Operator in New Hampshire to support high-speed component placement through precise machine setup, operation, and quality monitoring. The role includes basic troubleshooting to maintain production flow and ensure specifications are met.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of SMT machine operation experience, a high school diploma or GED, and IPC certification is desirable. Strong English communication and BOM/print reading skills are required.

Qualifications

• Fluent reading/writing/speaking English.
• Able to read BOMs and assembly prints.
• Siemens experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

SynQor seeks an experienced and certified SMT Machine Operator to support the manufacturing process. Primary responsibilities include machine set-up, operation, quality monitoring and basic troubleshooting related to the high-speed placement of components.

Education

• High school diploma/ GED
• IPC Certification desired

Experience

• 3+ years SMT Machine Operation required

Required Skills

• Solid understanding of the functions and operations of SMT equipment (Siemens experience is a plus)
• Effectively read Bills of Materials (BOMs) and assembly prints
• Component identification
• Good problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
