Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of related experience preferred for SMT operations.
• Experience with SMT processes and equipment is preferred.
• Knowledge of PCB handling, ESD practices and IPC-610 standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a variety of automatic or semi-automatic SMT machines.
• Work from drawings, procedures and process documentation to perform production tasks.
• Monitor product quality with focus on process controls and line optimization.
• Conduct product inspection according to procedures.
• Use PC-based software tools for setups and maintaining databases as devices and codes are introduced.
• Coordinate with Engineering and other teams to address line problems and process improvements.
• Adhere to Safety and ESD requirements and report any accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Handle and dispose all waste as directed by SOPs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
