Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking Team Members to work across all shifts between 6:00 AM and 9:30 PM, Monday–Friday with weekend shifts available. Team Members welcome guests, take orders, process payments, prepare orders, promote products, and help maintain a clean, safe store environment.

Team Members receive one free smoothie each shift and discounts on retail products; tips are split weekly. This role offers opportunities to progress to Shift Lead and Management.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate with guests and teammates in a positive manner.
• Ability to follow procedures and dress code requirements.
• Ability to maintain a clean store and follow food safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently with limited direction.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests, take orders, handle payment, and thank guests.
• Prepare orders, promote products, and maintain a clean environment.
